These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the software applications and services provided by Setu Labs Software Services ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, activating, or using any of our apps, you agree to these Terms.
ये नियम एवं शर्तें ("Terms") Setu Labs Software Services ("हम", "हमारा") द्वारा प्रदान किए गए सॉफ़्टवेयर ऐप और सेवाओं के उपयोग को नियंत्रित करती हैं। हमारे किसी भी ऐप को डाउनलोड, सक्रिय या उपयोग करने पर आप इन शर्तों से सहमत होते हैं।
Setu Labs Software Services is a sole proprietorship based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, that builds offline-first business and productivity applications (including catalogue builders, inventory and management tools) for shopkeepers, traders, students and businesses.

On activation, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your device for your own business or personal use. You may not resell, sub-license, redistribute, rent, or commercially exploit the app or its components without our written permission.
One licence, one device: a licence is active on only one device at a time. Activating on a new device automatically deactivates the old one (start 1 → stop 1). The same payment cannot run two devices simultaneously.
सक्रियण पर, हम आपको अपने डिवाइस पर अपने व्यवसाय या व्यक्तिगत उपयोग के लिए ऐप उपयोग करने का एक व्यक्तिगत, non-exclusive, non-transferable लाइसेंस देते हैं। हमारी लिखित अनुमति के बिना आप ऐप या उसके घटकों को न बेच सकते हैं, न sub-license कर सकते हैं, न पुनर्वितरित कर सकते हैं, न किराए पर दे सकते हैं और न ही व्यावसायिक रूप से उपयोग कर सकते हैं।
एक लाइसेंस, एक डिवाइस: एक लाइसेंस एक समय में केवल एक ही डिवाइस पर सक्रिय रहता है। नए डिवाइस पर सक्रिय करने पर पुराना अपने-आप बंद हो जाता है (start 1 → stop 1)। एक ही भुगतान से एक साथ दो डिवाइस नहीं चल सकते।
You agree to use our apps lawfully and only for their intended purpose. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with, or circumvent the licensing or security of the app, nor use it to store or distribute unlawful content.
आप हमारे ऐप का उपयोग क़ानूनी रूप से और केवल उनके इच्छित उद्देश्य के लिए करने पर सहमत होते हैं। आप ऐप के लाइसेंसिंग या सुरक्षा को reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper या bypass करने का प्रयास नहीं करेंगे, और न ही इसका उपयोग ग़ैर-क़ानूनी सामग्री रखने या बाँटने के लिए करेंगे।
Some apps require a paid licence. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) at the time of purchase and may change from time to time. Payment is processed securely through our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.
Any coupon or discount is applied at our discretion and may be time-limited or withdrawn.
कुछ ऐप के लिए सशुल्क लाइसेंस आवश्यक है। कीमतें ख़रीद के समय भारतीय रुपये (INR) में दिखाई जाती हैं और समय-समय पर बदल सकती हैं। भुगतान हमारे पार्टनर (Razorpay) के माध्यम से सुरक्षित रूप से होता है। हम आपके कार्ड, UPI या बैंक विवरण अपने सर्वर पर संग्रहीत नहीं करते।
कोई भी कूपन या छूट हमारे विवेक पर लागू होती है और समय-सीमित या वापस ली जा सकती है।
We collect only the limited information needed to run your licence and provide support, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data, and our apps contain no advertising.
हम केवल वही सीमित जानकारी लेते हैं जो आपका लाइसेंस चलाने और सहायता देने के लिए ज़रूरी है, जैसा हमारी Privacy Policy में बताया गया है। हम आपका डेटा नहीं बेचते, और हमारे ऐप में कोई विज्ञापन नहीं है।
Our apps are offline-first and work without a constant internet connection after activation. Support is provided on a best-effort basis via WhatsApp and email. We aim to respond in reasonable time but do not guarantee specific response times.
हमारे ऐप offline-first हैं और सक्रियण के बाद लगातार इंटरनेट के बिना काम करते हैं। सहायता WhatsApp और ईमेल के माध्यम से best-effort आधार पर दी जाती है। हम उचित समय में उत्तर देने का प्रयास करते हैं, पर किसी निश्चित समय की गारंटी नहीं देते।
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the apps. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the licence. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of your data.
हमारे ऐप "as is" और "as available" आधार पर दिए जाते हैं। क़ानून द्वारा अनुमत अधिकतम सीमा तक, ऐप के उपयोग से होने वाली किसी भी अप्रत्यक्ष, आकस्मिक या परिणामी हानि के लिए हम ज़िम्मेदार नहीं हैं। किसी भी दावे के लिए हमारी कुल देयता उस राशि तक सीमित है जो आपने लाइसेंस के लिए चुकाई है। अपने डेटा का बैकअप रखना आपकी ज़िम्मेदारी है।
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the "Last updated" date shown above. Continued use of our apps after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
हम इन शर्तों को समय-समय पर अपडेट कर सकते हैं। नवीनतम संस्करण हमेशा इसी पृष्ठ पर, ऊपर दी गई "Last updated" तिथि के साथ उपलब्ध रहेगा। बदलावों के बाद हमारे ऐप का उपयोग जारी रखने का अर्थ है कि आप अद्यतन शर्तों को स्वीकार करते हैं।
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
ये शर्तें भारत के क़ानूनों द्वारा शासित हैं। कोई भी विवाद Ghaziabad, उत्तर प्रदेश के न्यायालयों के विशेष अधिकार-क्षेत्र के अधीन होगा।
