You choose. Every mobile app works fully offline — all your data lives on your phone, so you can keep going for weeks without connectivity if you need to. When you want it, you can go online to sync, back up, and receive updates. Offline or online, as you need.
Any Android phone from the last 5 years — entry-level to flagship. Minimum requirement: Android 8.0 (Oreo) or higher. iOS versions are on our roadmap but not yet available. LeCoSS is Windows-only (desktop).
Data lives on your device, encrypted where needed, and locked behind a 6-digit PIN. We don't run cloud servers that store your business data — which means we can't lose it, sell it, or hand it over. You control backups via encrypted export/import. Move to a new phone in minutes.
Most apps have a free trial (no card needed), then either a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Exact pricing depends on the product — reach out via the contact form for a quote. Education apps (FCB) and desktop apps (LeCoSS) have different pricing models than the retail suite.
Yes. We do custom variants and one-off builds too — that's how most of the current apps started (someone needed something specific, we built it, then generalized it for others). Send us the requirement via the contact form. Note: we work on one project at a time, so custom timelines depend on our current queue.
Most apps ship with English and Hindi. Some, like KSM, also include Marathi and Punjabi. Regional-language support is added based on customer demand. Number formats always use Indian lakhs and crores — never foreign millions.
WhatsApp-first support during working hours (10 AM – 7 PM IST). Response usually within a few hours for paid users, within 24 hours for trial users. Setu Labs is a small studio — you get the founder, not a support ticket queue.
"Setu" is the Sanskrit / Hindi word for bridge, and refers to Ram Setu — the legendary bridge. It's also our promise as an acronym: Simple. Easy. Trusted. Unified. Every product is built to those four principles.
