At activation, our apps record your name, mobile/WhatsApp number and region one time only. Region normally means the State and City you select. It is used solely to register the area where your licence is active. Our student apps (the FCB series) never request location permission and never record GPS coordinates — they record only the State/City chosen from a list. In some of our business apps, precise GPS may be offered as an optional extra at activation; if you decline, only State/City is recorded. We never track your location after activation, and there is no continuous tracking.

Some of our apps (the FCB flashcard series) are used by school students, who may be under 18. For these apps the licence is registered to the parent or guardian, not the student. We do not collect the student’s name, photograph, contact number, location or any other personal detail. We do not monitor or profile a student’s study behaviour, and we never show advertising or send marketing to children. The parent or guardian gives consent at activation, and that consent is recorded with a version and timestamp.

Your information is used only to run your licence and provide support. It is never sold and never used for advertising.

Our apps do not read your contacts, gallery or messages. They contain no ads and no third-party trackers.
हमारे ऐप आपके फ़ोन की कॉन्टैक्ट, गैलरी या संदेश नहीं पढ़ते। इनमें कोई विज्ञापन या तीसरे-पक्ष का ट्रैकर नहीं है।
The Device ID shown by each app is generated entirely by the app itself. It has nothing to do with your phone number, IMEI, SIM, accounts or any personal data — it is simply an identifier created by the app, and is required to run the licence.
हर ऐप द्वारा दिखाई जाने वाली Device ID पूरी तरह उसी ऐप द्वारा बनाई जाती है। इसका आपके फ़ोन नंबर, IMEI, सिम, खातों या निजी डेटा से कोई संबंध नहीं है — यह सिर्फ़ ऐप की एक पहचान संख्या है, और लाइसेंस चलाने के लिए ज़रूरी है।
You may ask what personal data of yours we hold, request that it be corrected, or request that it be erased. You may also withdraw your consent at any time and nominate another person to exercise your rights. Please note: if you ask us to erase your contact details, we can no longer verify you in order to move or restore your licence to a new device, and you would need to activate again. To keep your licence running, only your Device ID is retained (which is not your personal identity) — deleting that may stop the licence. Use the contact below to make a request.

You may withdraw your consent at any time. Your information is kept while your licence is active and for up to 24 months after it ends, for support, renewal and statutory record-keeping, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You may request earlier deletion, and we will comply unless a legal obligation requires us to retain it.
आप कभी भी अपनी सहमति वापस ले सकते हैं। आपकी जानकारी लाइसेंस चालू रहने तक और समाप्ति के बाद 24 माह तक रखी जाती है — सहायता, नवीनीकरण एवं वैधानिक आवश्यकता हेतु — उसके बाद हटा या गुमनाम कर दी जाती है। आप पहले हटाने का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं।

A licence is active on only one device at a time. Activating on a new device automatically deactivates the old one (start 1 → stop 1). Keep your payment receipt to re-activate if you change your phone.
एक लाइसेंस एक समय में केवल एक ही डिवाइस पर चालू रहता है। नए डिवाइस पर चालू करने पर पुराना डिवाइस अपने-आप बंद हो जाता है (start 1 → stop 1)। फ़ोन बदलने पर पुनः चालू करने के लिए अपनी भुगतान रसीद सुरक्षित रखें।
